Port Harcourt:Man survives car accident after container falls on car

A driver in Port Harcourt just lucky survived a car accident which happened on a bad road when a container fell upon his car along a pot hole. Photo's taken from accident scene shows how badly the car was crushed, onlookers say from such an accident the driver wasn't supposed to survive but guess his grace was sufficient for him

According to reports from a Facebook user, the driver of the car narrowly escaped death after a heavy container fell off the bed of a truck and landed on his car, crushing it in the process. The driver had been driving along Akpajo road, in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, when the unfortunate accident occurred at a bad spot on the road. Sharing pictures from the scene of the accident, Stephanie Steve wrote: "This happened at Akpajo port Harcourt but the good news is that, the man in the small car survived, all thanks to God Almighty. Wizkid fights at lagos club

Barely hours after Star Boy Wizkid returned to Nigeria, he's back in the news.. The singer got into a fight with a fan at a night club in Lagos, hours after arriving Nigeria. According to witnesses who claimed to have been at the scene, trouble started when a fan walked over to take a photo with the singer and Wizkid, was not okay with it, leading to an altercation. From the video, Wizkid, is seen sitting on a chair with a female, and in the next scene, he is being pulled away from a cluster of people. It is unclear who started the alleged fight and if anyone was hurt. Wizkid is a lot of things to different people. Six countries have demanded FIFA strip Qatar of the 2022 World Cup. The nations, who have cut diplomatic ties with the Gulf state last month, also threatened a boycott. They are: Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Mauritania, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt. Their request was confirmed by FIFA president, Gianni Infantino, according to Reuters. “The countries warned FIFA of the risks threatening fan and player security in a country that is ‘the base and the castle of terrorism,'” Infantino is quoted as saying. Infantino said the the countries cited Article 85 of the FIFA Code, that allows changes to be made to World Cup hosts in case of emergency. The world football governing body said in June amid the diplomatic crisis, that it remains in “regular contact with Qatar.”
